Dancing With the Stars Season 24 Episode 5 Review

Tonight is Disney night on Dancing With the Stars! Since I love Disney, this is usually one of my favorite themed nights, and I missed it last season. I'm hoping for tonight to be great like last week.

Simone Biles & Sasha - Moana
This was really great. Simone is one of my favorites this season, and she's been consistently good the whole season, getting better each week after the week 2 slip-up. I think she is definitely a contender, and I'm keeping my eye on her for sure. I think she could definitely win this season.
My Score: 10

Bonner Bolton & Sharna - Wreck-It Ralph
This was a pretty good dance from Bonner. He was one of my least favorites, but it was still good. It was fun to watch, even though it wasn't as good as last week. Hopefully he'll be better next week though.
My Score: 8

Erika Jayne & Gleb - Finding Dory
I've never really been a fan of Erika's this season, since most of her dances haven't been that fun to watch for me. But this was actually quite good, easily her best dance. It wasn't anywhere near my favorite of the night, but it was good nonetheless.
My Score: 8

Rashad Jennings & Emma - Beauty and the Beast
After the fantastic dance last week, this was just really meh. I enjoyed it, but it was just an okay dance. I'm not worried about Rashad, though, since I'm sure he'll be great again next week.
My Score: 8

Nancy Kerrigan & Artem - Enchanted
I really enjoyed this dance from Nancy. I was really hoping she'd get a 10 from the judges this week, since she's my favorite in the competition. I just always love her dances, and they're always so fun to watch. Maybe next week.
My Score: 10

Normani Kordei & Val - Mulan
This was another great dance, which I have just come to expect from Normani. She's great, and she's really surprised me this season. She was my favorite of the night, and I hope she can keep that up.
My Score: 10

Heather Morris & Maks (Alan) - Frozen
The dance itself was fine and everything, but it was also very underwhelming for me. I just did;t find it to be very exciting or interesting to watch. Since I've really been enjoying Heather these past few weeks, I was disappointed by this dance.
My Score: 8

David Ross & Lindsay - Cars 3
I've enjoyed David this whole competition, but this was a pretty weak dance. It wasn't bad, but it was the worst of the night. I think that, at this point in the competition, a dance like this could end up putting him in jeopardy.
My Score: 7

Nick Viall & Peta - Pinocchio
This was easily Nick's best dance of the competition. I've been waiting for his to finally have a great dance, and this was it. It was fun to watch and really good. Since he's now been in the Bottom 2 twice, I hope it isn't a case of too little, too late.
My Score: 9

Elimination/Wrap-Up
The Bottom 3 is Normani (yes, really), Nick, and Erika. Erika is eliminated, which I agree with. With everyone in the competition being really good now, I'm really wondering who will be eliminated next week.
