Take a break from the stressful election; new pilots announced at The TV Ratings Guide.

The TV Ratings Guide has placed two more pilot orders, broadening their lineup of original written series.

‘Firestarter’ and ‘Plan B’ have been ordered to pilot by The TV Ratings Guide

Madisonville, Louisiana, November 8, 2016: The TV Ratings Guide has announced two more pilot orders. This news comes almost a month after their busy day of pilot orders. ‘Firestarter’ and ‘Plan B’ are now joining the list of pilots in consideration for a written series orders at The TV Ratings Guide. Readers had the chance to submit show ideas of their own, for a chance to get a pilot picked up by the website, and if lucky, eventually, get to publish written episodes of the series on the site. Shows that receive a pilot order are to send in (via email at jonathanducote1@gmail.com)), a longer pitch for their series. Once all are received, The TV Ratings Guide will announce which series have landed a series order.

‘Firestarter’ centers on Adam Bates, an eccentric and displaced man trying to master a TV pilot script on an ill-fated road trip accelerated by accidentally flicking a cigarette butt out his car window and burning part of small town Hovatter, Arizona.  As part of his punishment, the locals propose he rebuild the town and is sentenced to living in Hovatter for two years to avoid a felony.  Along the way, he helps the passive locals reignite their passive town while scripting his masterpiece.

‘Plan B’ is a comedy profiling 7 characters fighting to leave their mark and start over in a lower-middle-class apartment community.  The seven tenants reside in four units and fates collide as all reveal surviving poverty can generate laughs and reveal life lessons while battling living paycheck to paycheck.

Both series hail from creator J Clawson. Written series orders are going to be released on December 20, 2016.
