CBS breathed a sigh of relief as MacGyver (1.1) finally stopped it's slide and remained steady with last week, the bad news is that it's already shed a ton of it's premiere audience and could possibly slip even more, but if it stays at this level it's a shoe-in for a second season as it easily won it's hour. Hawaii Five-0 (1.2) inched down from last week and tied for the lead in it's hour while Blue Bloods (1.2) was steady with last week and easily won it's hour. Compared to last year, the veteran dramas are both up a tenth while MacGyver is even with last year's Amazing Race so this lineup has been nothing but success.

ABC had veteran comedy Last Man Standing (1.0) inch down and tie it's series low and while it's still a solid result, outside factors could potentially keep it from a seventh season. Bubble comedy Dr. Ken (0.9) was steady and continues to be a question mark as whether or not ABC will keep this one despite sub-1 numbers. Compared to last year, the comedies are down three tenths and four tenths respectively from matching 1.3s, that trend is especially ugly for super steady Last Man Standing, but  despite the drop it's still performing rather well. The big winner of the night was Shark Tank (1.2) which inched up from last week and was down just two tenths from last year's result and tied for the Friday crown. 20/20 (0.8) closed the night steady with last week.

FOX had Hell's Kitchen (1.0) and newbie drama The Exorcist (0.7) remain steady, Kitchen continues to out-rate several weekday FOX shows which is impressive since it's airing on a much lower-viewed night while The Exorcist still looks dead but not as certain of a cancellation as it was when it hit that dreaded 0.6.

NBC saw the return of Caught on Camera with Nick Cannon (0.6) which was about steady with it's spring numbers, but that's not a good thing as it's numbers are atrocious and was the lowest original of the night which makes you wonder why NBC is still giving it a fall slot, or a slot at all, when they've had such a resurgence. Dateline (1.0) picked up the slack and was up from last week.

The CW went with repeats of Supergirl (0.2) and Frequency (0.2).
